I Heart October

October is definitely my favorite month. Here are my top 10 reasons why:

1. Halloween - the BEST holiday

2. Preparing for Halloween (decorating, getting costumes, parties) which is really more fun than the actual holiday

3. My anniversary

4. This year, NEW YORK CITY -- to celebrate said anniversary

5. General Conference

6. Fall leaves

7. Sweater weather -- and no, I don't dress up Bailey but how cute is that dog?

8. Oscar Season starts

9. UEA weekend - we're not going anywhere, but 3 days of sleeping in and not having to deal with the before school rush!

10. Lots of fun kids activities to take Katie to: Scarecrow Festival, Red Butte, Wheeler Farm etc.
